The Festival
Centro Histórico Children’s Choir
The Centro Histórico Children’s Choir was founded in 1998. As an ongoing part of the Festival, it promotes children’s social integration through free music education. Choir members include boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 16. Active year-round, choir rehearsals are held multiple times a week with a repertory of classical, popular and contemporary music. Performances are held each year in various locations and festivals in Mexico City and throughout the country.
